woah! open house today! damm tiring! but was quite fun yet boring! haha. as usual went to set up early in the morning before i left for trng. trng was actually quite ok. getting back my form slowly. haha went back to ac. was quite empty at first.but noon time was quiten crowded..bah blah blah. very lazy to type. so overall quite ok! haha!

wah. have not been trng. today first trng. omg i almost died. i lost practically all my form. today's trng was really easy.bt i could not complete. did many drills and drills alone cause me to pant like shit. after 200m 8times and i barely did 4 only. haha ohwell i bet my whole body will ache tmrw. oh no!
haha anw today's ac games i only mange to play like a quarter of freebis. haha tmr shall play more and train more too!

ah.. thp finally is able to come online and blog! have been busy with promos and stuff. yep! bt promos was quite ok lah i hope. haha i just hope that i can get promoted, seriously. oh well. lets just wait and see lah.
